What Morasel provides
Morasel L.L.C. provides cloud-based B2B software for managing customer communication and business workflows through the WhatsApp Business Platform. The service is delivered digitally through Morasel's web and mobile applications.
Who uses Morasel
Morasel customers are clinics and other service businesses. Their employees use the platform to manage customer conversations, records, appointments, reminders, follow-ups, and campaigns.
What customers purchase
Customers purchase monthly or annual software subscriptions and optional product add-ons. Morasel does not sell physical goods.
Payment processing
Online payments collected by Morasel are for Morasel software subscriptions and applicable product add-ons. Morasel does not collect or settle patient payments on behalf of clinics. Clinics that take payments from their patients connect their own payment provider account.
WhatsApp charges
Your Morasel subscription covers the software. WhatsApp messaging is charged separately at Meta's official rates, which vary by the recipient's country and the message category. You fund messaging from a prepaid message wallet inside Morasel and can top it up by card or bank transfer, so what you spend on messaging stays visible and separate from what you pay for the platform.
