All subscription prices are fixed in US dollars (USD). We do not create special country-specific subscription pricing.
Are WhatsApp message charges included?
No. Your subscription covers the Morasel platform only. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed separately and follow Meta's official worldwide pricing, which depends on the recipient's country and the message category. We do not include or mark up Meta's charges.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to a higher or lower plan as your needs change. Add-ons such as extra users or numbers can be adjusted at any time.
How does billing work?
The platform subscription is billed on a recurring basis in US dollars. WhatsApp usage is accounted for separately, based on Meta's messaging charges.
Is there a free option?
