Your Morasel subscription covers the software. WhatsApp messaging is charged separately, per delivered message, at the rates in our published rate card. Rates are based on Meta's official WhatsApp pricing by country and message type, plus a Morasel service fee. You fund messaging from a prepaid message wallet inside Morasel and can top it up by card or bank transfer, so what you spend on messaging stays visible and separate from what you pay for the platform.

All subscription prices are fixed in US dollars (USD). We do not create special country-specific subscription pricing.
Are WhatsApp message charges included?
No. Your subscription covers the Morasel platform only. Messages are billed per delivered message from your prepaid wallet, at the rates in our published rate card. Rates are based on Meta's official WhatsApp pricing by country and message type, plus a Morasel service fee.
Can one workspace run more than one application?
Yes, within one rule. A workspace has one primary business configuration — the vertical its base plan sets — so Clinics, Hospitality and Customer Care are a choice of one, not a combination. The applications that are not verticals, like the WhatsApp Platform layer and the Shopify connector, are enabled alongside whichever one you run.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to a higher or lower plan as your needs change. Add-ons such as extra users or numbers can be adjusted at any time.
