Acceptable Use Policy
The conduct and messaging rules that keep Morasel safe, trusted, and compliant for everyone.

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) sets out what you may and may not do when using Morasel L.L.C. (“Morasel”, “we”, “us”) and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the platform and to all messages sent through it.
Because Morasel uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, your use must also comply with Meta’s messaging policies. Following this Policy protects your recipients, your sender reputation, and your ability to keep messaging.
1. Prohibited content
You must not use Morasel to create, store, or send content that is unlawful or harmful. This includes, without limitation:
- Illegal goods or services, or content that promotes them.
- Content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, including phishing and impersonation.
- Hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent content, and content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Sexually explicit or adult content sent without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
- Malware, links to malicious sites, or anything designed to compromise devices or accounts.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or violates the privacy of others.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse the platform or interfere with its operation. In particular, you must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or other users’ accounts.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or bypass its security or usage limits.
- Scrape, resell, or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
- Upload contact lists you do not have a lawful basis and consent to message.
- Use the service to build or enrich datasets for sale, or for surveillance of individuals.
3. Anti-spam, consent, and opt-in
You may only message people who have opted in to hear from your business through WhatsApp, and you must be able to demonstrate that consent. Consent must be freely given, specific, and informed — pre-checked boxes or purchased lists are not valid consent.
You must honour opt-outs promptly. When a recipient asks to stop, or replies “STOP” or an equivalent, you must stop sending to them, and you must not attempt to circumvent blocks or opt-outs by using another number or channel.
- Collect and record clear opt-in before messaging, including the source and time of consent.
- Send only the categories of messages the recipient agreed to receive.
- Provide an easy, always-available way to opt out, and act on it immediately.
- Do not send bulk unsolicited or repetitive messages, or artificially inflate volumes.
4. WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta policies
Your messaging must comply with the WhatsApp Business Platform requirements and Meta’s messaging policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. Template (business-initiated) messages must fit an approved category and use approved templates; you must not miscategorise marketing messages to avoid the rules.
Meta may review, rate-limit, or restrict sending based on message quality and recipient feedback. Sustained low quality or policy violations can reduce your messaging limits or lead to loss of WhatsApp messaging access, independently of Morasel.
5. Prohibited and restricted uses
Some uses are prohibited or restricted regardless of consent, including sending content or offering goods and services that are prohibited under the WhatsApp Business Platform (for example certain regulated, dangerous, or illegal categories). Where an industry is regulated, you are responsible for meeting the applicable legal requirements for messaging in that context.
6. Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this Policy, we may take action proportionate to the issue — including warning you, throttling or suspending sending, removing content, or suspending or terminating your account. Where there is a risk of harm, legal exposure, or a threat to the WhatsApp Business Platform, we may act immediately and without prior notice.
We may also be required to report certain activity to Meta or to authorities. Enforcement under this Policy is in addition to any rights we have under the Terms of Service.
